Maria Adriana Neuroni is an experimental psychologist working as an Assistant Professor (non-tenure track) at Suor Orsola Benincasa University. Her research explores the cognitive foundations of creative thinking. Using behavioural research methods, she seeks to understand the cognitive factors that either facilitate or hinder the generation of new ideas. Her ultimate aim is to develop psychological techniques and educational strategies that can be applied in corporate settings to enhance creativity in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
